As mentioned in our last newsletter Term 3 payments were due, from those families paying fees quarterly, by the last day of term 2, with invoic-es sent out week 6. We still have quite a few members unfinancial for this term and as per our club policy, If payment hasn't been made the gymnast will not be able to participate in their class, and not be listed on the class sign-in page, until payment has been received. 

It can take a couple of days to show in our account so we recommend payment be made prior to the day of the class. 

Please also be aware that we are only able to accept payments by direct deposit throughout the coaching term, unless arranged prior to the class, as coaches will be unable to leave the floor to take cash and write receipts. 

We would also appreciate, if you have decided that you will not be returning, if you could please let us know asap, so we can offer places to those on our waiting list.
