Kindergym Birthday Parties

With Covid-19 restrictions relaxed, birthday parties are back.

Please note: To comply with Covid-19 regulations, catering must be served by 1 person or alternatively food can be individually wrapped.

Let us provide the entertainment for your next birthday party!

Kindergym Birthday parties run for a 3-hour duration, this includes

  • 30 minutes to set up before the party starts.
  • 2-hour open Kindergym area with some songs and activities
  • Food, drinks and cake are welcome, (to be consumed in our café area only) to comply with Covid-19 regulations, catering must be served by 1 person or alternatively food can be individually wrapped.
  • 30 minutes at the end of the party for setting down with a bit of a clean-up.

We have Kitchen facilities available for your use we do have a pie warmer to keep food warm but no oven. We do ask that you please leave the space tidy afterwards. To comply with Covid-19 regulations, catering must be served by 1 person or alternatively food can be individually wrapped.

All coaches are accredited under Gymnastics Australia and hold a Working with Children clearance (18yo+).

Minimum cost and flat rate for all parties up to and including 10 children, age 0 - 5 years is $225. 

Kindergym Parties (0-5 years) extra participants $7 each.

A deposit of $50 is required.

Party Requirements:

  • All persons over the age of 5 are not permitted on equipment. Host family must advise guests and help enforce this rule.
  • All children stepping into the Kindergym area must be paid for regardless of age, for insurance purposes.
  • All party participants must remove shoes and socks before entering the Kindergym area.
  • Parties are fully self-catered: BYO Everything including all food, drinks, plates, cutlery etc. To comply with Covid-19 regulations, catering must be served by 1 person or alternatively food can be individually wrapped.
  • All party participants MUST be supervised by an adult (1child with 1 adult) at all times whilst in the Kindergym area.
  • If you have not tidied the eating area within 30 minutes of the booking and exited the building, extra fees will apply. We are charging the minimum possible for these parties and any extra time the staff are here increases your cost.
  • Adults may wear flat shoes only when inside the Kindergym area.
